ABOUT US

With over 40 years of cumulative business experience in multiple sectors of the economy and the public sector, Thomas Waller has been an entrepreneur most of his professional life. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in Urban Planning and Affairs and Political Science; a master’s degree from the University of Colorado – Denver in Public Administration and Affairs; and a doctorate degree in the School of Business and Strategic Leadership from Regent University.

Tom has started, funded, and managed multiple small business ventures as a founder; served on the board of directors of for-profit, non-profit, and ministry organizations; served as CEO, COO, CFO, and in senior leadership and management roles with large and small businesses in sales, marketing, business development, operations, venture capital, finance, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchases and development, telecommunications, and financial services, and; as a business consultant, trainer, and coach over four decades. He has raised over $600 million in venture and syndication capital for small and medium size businesses in multiple sectors of the economy; business venture projects, and; the purchase of real estate properties, land, and development projects.

Jillian DeDeaux has spent 10 years working in the hospitality industry, and she’s excited to continue her passion for serving others with Ohana Homes. She has a heart of service and carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

As a proud consultant of the Ohana Homes family, Jillian brings her commitment to serving others to life by helping them solve their real estate asset needs. She takes great care in helping families receive closure on often complex and sensitive situations.

When Jillian isn’t serving clients of Ohana Homes, she loves camping, traveling and growing fruit and vegetables in her garden. Her most favorite roll is being an Auntie to her nieces and sweet nephew.

Elasia Evans is a seasoned consultant with roots in the renewable energy industry. After graduating with her degree in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley she became a consultant for Solar City, Tesla, and a SunPower distributor. She has helped hundreds of families transition their homes to renewable energy, and brings her passion for serving, along with experience to the Ohana Home family.

Elasia enjoys helping others. The most fulfilling part of her job with Ohana Homes is solving tough situations and creating solutions for families. She can solve complex problems and help families to be paid on their real estate assets, and avoid foreclosure.

When Elasia isn't helping families she finds great joy in hiking, rock climbing, yoga and kickboxing in Treasure Valley Idaho. Her greatest joy is being a mother and devoted wife.

John’s professional career spans four decades and includes leadership roles in some of the most well-respected companies within the Insurance Claims and Real Estate Investment verticals. John has specialized in new business acquisition, territory management, account management and business development in local, regional and national footprints. Combining a solution-based methodology with a strategic mindset and an empathetic approach, John’s successes can be directly attributed to his ability to add value in all situations and truly differentiates Ohana Home Solutions by creating the ultimate win-win for his customers, partners, and shareholders alike on every transaction. John currently resides in Gilbert, AZ where he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing golf.
